Meet Iris – Dental Hygienist Extraordinaire
Q: Why did you decide to become a dental hygienist?
A: I love helping and also bonding with people of all ages and making them feel comfortable in the dental chair.
Q: Did you have a favorite dentist when you were a kid?
A: No, unfortunately, I did not have a bond with any dentist growing up.
Q: If you could be a tooth, which one would you be?
A: #8 and #9 – those are the teeth you first see when you meet someone!
Q: What is your favorite flavor of toothpaste?
A: Crest Gum Detoxify
Q: If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
A: Anywhere tropical – Hawaii or Costa Rica.
Q: If you could tell your patients one thing about getting their teeth cleaned or dental hygiene – what would it be?
A: Only brush and floss the teeth you would like to keep.

A Message from Dr. Ellison
We are excited to introduce our new amazing hygienist, Iris Perez, to our practice! She is one of the most thorough yet gentle hygienists I have ever had clean my teeth and we are fortunate to have her in our office as our hygienist. Long-time patients who had their teeth cleaned by Iris during her working interview called us back later to tell us we should hire her! And we did! She is kind and personable and loves her cute dog, Pickles. We can’t wait for you to meet her.
