Erika

Hello, my name is Erika, and I’m a Patient Coordinator with nearly a decade of experience in the dental field, as well as a registered dental assistant. The thing I love most about my job is getting to see the transformation in our patients’ smiles and seeing them walk out of the office with confidence. I also love building connections with all my patients.

I’m from Houston and a happy single mom to an energetic boy. My son is my greatest adventure and inspiration. Together, we’re building a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. In my free time, I like staying active, going to the gym, trying new coffee shops, and doing things that my son wants to do! I also love to dance and am currently learning how to two-step.

Gaby

I have a passion for helping others and am proud to work in the dental field, where I enjoy building relationships with patients and contributing to healthy, confident smiles. I believe in providing compassionate care while creating a positive experience for every patient.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of three amazing kids who keep life exciting. Much of my free time is spent cheering them on—my daughter plays softball, and my youngest plays baseball, so you'll often find me at the ball field. I'm also currently teaching my oldest how to drive, which has become one of our newest adventures together! When I'm not spending time with my family, I enjoy running, working out, baking, and cooking. I value staying active, creating lasting memories, and finding joy in both my career and family life.

Iris

Hi, I’m Iris! I started my journey in the dental field in 2016 as a dental assistant and now proudly serve as our Insurance Coordinator.

I love connecting with our patients and making everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and like part of our family. I know dental insurance can be confusing, so my goal is to help you understand your benefits, answer your questions, and make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the office, I’m a proud new mommy to my sweet 10-month-old baby girl, who keeps me smiling every day. I look forward to helping you smile with confidence and making every visit a positive experience!

Karina

Hi, my name is Karina, and I am proud to be a part of Dr. Susan Ellison's team. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2009 and bring over 15 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of dental specialties, expanding my knowledge and skills in comprehensive patient care. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to communicate comfortably with a diverse community of patients.

I am passionate about dentistry and committed to helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout their treatment. Whether assisting during procedures or answering questions, I strive to create a positive experience and provide compassionate, high-quality care from start to finish.

I believe that continuing education is essential to providing the best care possible. As part of my professional growth, I had the privilege of attending a five-day advanced implantology training program at the Implant Institute in Tijuana, Mexico, alongside Dr. Susan Ellison. This hands-on training strengthened my knowledge of dental implant procedures and enhanced my ability to assist in delivering exceptional implant care.

Originally from California, I now proudly call Houston home. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my 11-year-old daughter, Noemi, who is my greatest joy. We love traveling together, exploring new places, and creating unforgettable memories wherever we go.

Marlit

Hi, I'm Marlit! I've been a dental assistant for over 7 years, and dentistry is truly my passion. I love what I do because it's incredibly rewarding to help patients feel confident in their smiles while making every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

One of my favorite parts of my job is building lasting relationships with my patients. Over time, many of them become like family. I enjoy making each patient feel genuinely cared for, educating them about their oral health, and ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. One of my favorite sayings is, "Patients come with patience," and I believe that taking the time to listen, care, and support each patient helps create the best experience possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by working out, swimming, traveling, spending quality time with my family, and hanging out with my two dogs. I'm also bilingual and speak both English and Spanish, which allows me to better connect with and care for a diverse group of patients.

I’m Megan, a native Houstonian who has been an active part of the dental field since 1999. I started as a Front Office Coordinator, where I quickly became passionate about dentistry and inspired to further my education and become a Dental Hygienist. I am quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship. I am extremely devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
