It’s not every day that a life is transformed by a single smile—unless you’re part of the Susan Ellison Dentistry & Cosmetics team. Here, every day is an opportunity to create beauty, comfort, and confidence. We are honored to help our patients rediscover the joy of smiling, whether it’s through cosmetic enhancements, functional improvements, or a life-changing combination of both. For some, like those who undergo Full Mouth Reconstruction, the transformation goes far beyond aesthetics—it’s a reclaiming of their identity and self-assurance.

One of our remarkable patients came to us with a collapsed bite—a condition caused by significant tooth wear that not only shortened her teeth but also altered her entire facial structure. The loss of vertical height had created an overclosed appearance, leaving her face looking shortened and surrounded by excess, sagging skin around her mouth and jawline.

Through carefully planned crowns and bridges for her lower teeth and an upper denture, we restored the length and height of her teeth, returning her bite to its natural position. The results were stunning: her face regained its natural proportions, the sagginess disappeared, and even her neck appeared more relaxed and rejuvenated. And the best part? This transformation was achieved entirely through dental work—no plastic surgery, fillers, or Botox necessary!

The impact on her confidence was immediate and profound. Her new smile wasn’t just beautiful; it was life-changing. She radiated joy, smiling freely and speaking with ease. Even her medical doctor noticed the transformation, exclaiming, “What have you done?” when she walked into an appointment. He couldn’t pinpoint what had changed at first, but he recognized the glow of newfound confidence and happiness.

Where she once smiled cautiously, often covering her teeth, she now smiles with her whole face. Her transformation is a testament to the power of a beautiful smile to not only enhance appearance but also uplift the spirit.
